1. Why do I need to see a medical director?

Texas law requires IV hydration and vitamin injection services to be overseen by a licensed medical professional. Through our partnership with Monarch Injections, every client completes a quick $35 medical evaluation before their first service. This one-time consultation is valid for one full year, so you’re cleared for future visits without another fee.

2. Do you come to my home?

Yes! We’re a fully mobile service — our RN comes to your home, office, or event with everything needed for your treatment. We offer complimentary travel within 40 miles of our service area on specific days of the week

3. Are your services safe?

Absolutely. All of our IV drips and injections are physician-directed and administered by a Registered Nurse (RN), following medical protocols approved by our licensed Medical Director. All medications are sourced from FDA-approved, established pharmacies.

4. How long does a treatment take?

Vitamin injections: 5–10 minutes
IV therapy: 45–60 minutes
Add-ons like NAD+: may take up to 90 minutes depending on dosage and tolerance


5. Who can receive IV or injection therapy?

Our services are designed for men, women, athletes, seniors, and clients managing illness or recovery. We also provide safe hydration support for cancer patients (with physician clearance) and those who can’t easily leave home.

6. How often can I get treatments?

Whether you come once in a while or make it part of your routine, you’ll feel the benefits right away. Many clients choose weekly or monthly visits to keep their energy and hydration levels at their best..


7. What if I’m already dehydrated or not feeling well?

We’ve got you covered. IV therapy helps restore fluids and nutrients fast — perfect for heat exhaustion, fatigue, illness, or post-event recovery. If you’re unsure, our nurse can recommend the best drip for your symptoms.

8. Do you offer group or event services?

Yes! We love group sessions. Whether it’s a wedding party, corporate wellness day, or girls’ night in, we’ll bring our mobile setup to you. Group rates and event packages are available upon request.

9. Can I book online?

Yes! You can easily book your appointment online or contact us directly by phone or text. We’ll confirm your details and come to your preferred location for your treatment.

10. Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance — our services are self-pay. However, many clients are able to use FSA or HSA cards to cover treatment cost
